Purpose
The Youth Clubs of Zeta Phi Beta Sority, Incorporated aim empower young members through a comprehensive program that nurtures their mind, body, and spirit. Our goal is to and mentor the youth to become leaders of tomorrow, who will serve their communities and contribute to a brighter future. We achieve this through our nationally designed youth curriculum that focuses on STEAM, cultural awareness, social skills enhancement, educational enrichment, leadership development, and community service. "Zeta Youth with Dreams become Zeta Women with Vision."

Pearlettes
The Pearlettes program is a youth auxiliary group for girls aged 4-8, mentored by the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc The program aims to develop young girls into outstanding leaders in their communities, who embody Zeta's ideals of Finer Womanhood, Scholarship, Community Service, and Sisterhood. Through various programs sponsored by Kappa Iota Zeta, Pearlettes learn the importance of serving their community, developing high academic and personal standards, and gain greater self-esteem, lasting friendships, cultural enhancement, and social awareness.
Amicettes
The Amicette program, mentored by the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc is designed to support girls aged 9-13 during the challenging transition to teenage years. With their own unique set of issues and concerns, pre-teens benefit from the program's focus on building confidence, self-esteem, and deeper understanding of the world around them. Through the Amicette, girls are empowered to excel both inside and outside the classroom.
Archonettes
The Archonette program is designed for girls aged 14-18 and is mentored the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority,. This program helps school girls navigate the challenges of becoming a young adult, from peer pressure to college choices, and develop the skills they need to become successful leaders
