Auxiliary Groups
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, has a rich tradition of fostering community engagement through its auxiliary organizations. Recognizing in 1940 that many women in the community shared the ideals of the sorority but were ineligible for membership due to the lack of a college degree, the sorority created several auxiliary groups to provide opportunities for involvement. These auxiliary groups include:

Amicae: Established in 1948, “Amicae,” meaning “friends” in Latin, was created for women without college degrees who wish to support and assist local Zeta chapters in their activities.

Zeta Male Network: This group is composed of the supportive gentlemen in the lives of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. members.

Youth Auxiliaries:
• Archonettes: A program designed for young ladies ages 14 to 18 who are currently enrolled in high school.
• Amicettes: A group for girls ages 9 to 13.
• Pearlettes: Created for younger girls ages 4 to 8.
These auxiliary groups continue to play a vital role in advancing the mission and impact of Zeta Phi Beta within their communities.
